kNOw Limits, founded in 2020, seeks to make education more accessible with a free peer mentorship service. With the dedication of volunteer peer mentors, we will match students to an individual who can support them on their academic and career journeys. Contact us if you are interested in being a peer mentor (HS-College Students) or if you would like to be matched with a mentor for the school year (K-12).

We connect young people with caring mentors who guide, encourage, and inspire them to believe in themselves, explore their strengths, and dream beyond limits.
Our exposure initiatives help youth discover what's possible by connecting them to careers, cultures, experiences they may not otherwise see.

Welcome to the kNOw Limits Instagram Page! My name is Kara Simmons, and I am the founder of kNOw Limits.

At the start of the pandemic, I began kNOw Limits as a way to give back to my community through free tutoring service. Now, two years later, I would like to expand kNOw Limits so that more peer tutors can aid their communities in the same way that I have. Additionally, I want to increase preparation and exposure to processes like college applications as well as career opportunities.
